Bo-sin Tang received his BSocSc (Hons) in Economics and Sociology and MSc in Urban Planning from the University of Hong Kong, MBA from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and PhD from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He also studied real estate courses at the Haas Business School in the University of California at Berkeley. On the professional front, he is a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute, the Hong Kong Institute of Planners and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and a registered professional planner (Hong Kong).
