Y.H. Chiang obtained his BA in Architectural Studies, Bachelor of Building and Mater of Business Administration from the University of Hong Kong. He is a member of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors. Before joining the University in 1990, he had been working for the Hong Kong Government for ten years in the field of Quantity Surveying. His current research interests are in property investment in the portfolio context, and competitiveness issues in property and construction.
